Sean P.H. Campbell builds high-performing teams the same way he builds songs: with rhythm, trust, and a clear sense of direction.

He’s spent over a decade in the fast-paced world of ecommerce project management, leading distributed teams and big-brand initiatives with a leadership style rooted in empathy and cohesion. Alongside this, Sean has cultivated a lifelong dedication to music — studying audio production, teaching at a top recording institute (Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology), and performing across Ottawa as a multi-instrumentalist and live techno artist.

With Hitmaker Workshop, Sean brings it all together, helping teams experience the creativity, collaboration, and shared purpose that music naturally inspires.
